(KY3) - Three Pulaski County jailers face indictments after allegedly using a taser on a restrained inmate to extract information, according to charges filed this week by the Pulaski County prosecutor. The indictment alleges John Duggar, Jerry Flick Jr., and Gregory Mattes repeatedly tased an inmate after restraining him last November.
